Bulk pack of 100 × 4 inch NanoFlock™ roller refills. Flocked covers are the choice for gloss and semi gloss coatings, stains, varnishes and urethanes.

What the flocking does

The layer of flocking holds a large supply of paint and releases it evenly, which produces an ultra smooth finish and bubble free application. Bubbles matter most in gloss and clear coats, where they cure into the surface and cannot be polished out. It is also why flocked covers are the standard for painting metal, where every imperfection in the application shows.

The 4 inch detail size

End nap construction and a small diameter let it reach behind pipes and radiators, beside cabinets, into corners and along narrow panels, painting right up to an obstruction rather than stopping short of it. It fits the 11 inch handle, item #614, and the longer handles in the range. Choose flocked over plain foam when the coating has body and the finished appearance is critical, and foam for the thinnest varnishes and stains, where metering a runny liquid matters more.
