When to change it

Replace the pad when it stops laying dressing evenly, when the fibre face has matted or gone slick with old product, or when it starts leaving streaks on the sidewall. A tired pad is the usual reason a tyre finishes patchy, and it is cheaper to change the face than to redo the tyre.

Supplied 24 to a pack, which is sized for a working detailing bay rather than a single car. Keeping fresh pads on hand is the practical difference between consistent results across a day and gradually declining ones.
