Replacement Nylfoam® pad for the 6 inch floor finish and trim pad applicator, item #6036. Thousands of Nylfoam® fibres hold more finish and spread it faster, and it is rated for waterborne and solvent finishes.

When to change it

Replace the pad when it stops releasing finish evenly, when the fibres have matted or hardened after a solvent clean, or when the edge is no longer crisp enough to cut a clean line at the perimeter. A tired pad is the usual cause of streaking and lap marks that get blamed on the coating.
